Over time, sublimation inks can accumulate and cause clogging in the cap tops of the DGI Hercules printhead. To maintain optimal performance, we strongly recommend replacing the cap tops as part of a routine maintenance schedule. Additionally, using high-quality sublimation ink is advisable for the best results.
